  • Develop and present suitable financial planning recommendations.
  • Use cashflow modelling to help clients explore different scenarios and make informed decisions.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews and maintain high standards of advice and service.
  • Build new relationships through networking, introducers, referrals and firm-generated enquiries.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and draw on their specialist expertise.
  • Support projects, including the transition of acquired client portfolios.
  • Maintain accurate client records and meet relevant compliance, CPD and professional standards.
About you
  • At least two years’ financial advisory experience.
  • Chartered qualified ideally, or holding the CII Level 4 Diploma with a clear intention to progress towards Chartered status.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a track record of developing new business.
  • The ability to explain complex financial matters clearly and confidently.
  • A collaborative approach, sound judgement and strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of your workload and working towards agreed business targets.
  • Experience with cashflow planning tools such as Voyant would be useful.
Why join?
  • An existing client portfolio to manage from day one.
  • A growing firm with opportunities to contribute and develop.
  • A team that values collaboration, professionalism and client service.
  • A salary of £70,000–£100,000.
