Job description

Chartered Financial Adviser - London, Soho

Our client is seeking a Chartered Financial Adviser to join their team in London. The role involves meeting with clients and prospective clients to provide financial planning services in line with company propositions, aiming to generate compliant initial and ongoing income for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Comply with FCA rules, guidance, and company procedures.
  2. Proactively generate new business through existing clients, company-provided leads, and self-generated opportunities.
  3. Handle client affairs with integrity and efficiency.
  4. Prepare comprehensive recommendation reports with support from the ParaPlanning team.
  5. Maintain and develop client relationships, maximizing their potential, and input information accurately into the CRM system promptly.
  6. Meet revenue targets and ensure all work is compliant and meets quality standards.
  7. Adhere to the company's Private Client Proposition.
  8. Work effectively within a team environment.
  9. Respond to referrals within the agreed SLA, demonstrating team commitment.
  10. Maintain appropriate Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Preferred experience includes:

  1. Research, analysis, report writing, and file preparation.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
  4. Experience working with professional introducers.
  5. Minimum QCA Level 4 qualification.

This position requires an EU work permit.
