Job Title: Chartered Civil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Chartered Civil Engineer to join a busy, successful Multidisciplinary Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy based in Lancaster. In this role, you will assist in managing one of their busiest civil teams, with opportunities to produce detailed designs for various projects, including highways and drainage.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Highways and Drainage design
• Chartered Engineer status and membership of ICE, CIWE, or CIHT
• Proficiency with technical software such as AutoCAD and Causeway Flow or equivalent
• Knowledge of UK design standards

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Graduate Engineers and Technicians in producing drawings
• Inspect and plan reports, designs, drawings, specifications, and correspondence
• Communicate effectively with external clients and professionals
• Prepare reports on highways and drainage designs
