We are partnering with a leading consultancy to find Chartered Building Surveyors, Senior Building Surveyors, and Associate-level professionals for their Building & Projects Consultancy. Their impressive client list includes diverse projects such as technical due diligence, dilapidations, defect diagnosis, surveys, PPM, RCA, remedial works, and projects valued up to approximately £4m.

The workload is evenly distributed across the team, allowing everyone to gain broad experience and build strong client relationships regardless of seniority. The firm operates across various sectors, providing a diverse range of projects. Despite being an agency, 70% of their work comes from external clients.
