Ridge & Partners LLP is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our Birmingham office, with responsibilities spanning diverse UK projects and client relationships. You will deliver high-quality surveying services, coordinating across clients, offices and sites, while mentoring junior colleagues.

The role requires MRICS, strong MS Office skills, and experience with commercial/retail/education properties.

Qualifications

• MRICS membership or equivalent professional qualification is required.
• Experience advising on commercial, retail or education sector properties in public or private sectors.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential.
• Experience using NBS Chorus is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage building surveying projects for diverse client accounts across the UK.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and coordinate project delivery.
• Prepare designs, specifications and tender documentation; administer JCT contracts.
• Mentor junior team members as the business grows.
• Support business development activities and identify new opportunities.
