An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy in Leeds. This is a chance to be part of a growing national practice that offers high-quality, client-focused services across commercial, insurance, and technical surveying work.

The Role:

You will be joining a dynamic and experienced team of surveyors, handling a varied workload including:

  • Technical due diligence and condition surveys
  • Major loss and reinstatement work for insurance clients
  • Defect analysis and reporting
  • Project work including contract administration and monitoring
  • Dilapidations, party wall, and neighbourly matters

You will work closely with clients from sectors including commercial, industrial, education, and residential, providing high-quality advice and service on complex and challenging projects.

About You:

  • MRICS qualified (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a similar consultancy or client-facing role
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships
