About the Role

Our Client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join their team, bringing expertise in feasibility studies, surveying, contract administration, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing client requirements, overseeing inspections, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in establishing client requirements and conducting feasibility studies.
  • Undertake various surveys and site inspections.
  • Prepare and produce specifications for works, tender documents, and contracts.
  • Coordinate members of the design team and liaise with project stakeholders.
  • Act as Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site visits, assessments, and develop projections for future work.
  • Draft and refine reports, contracts, budgets, and other critical documents.
  • Analyse site activities and prepare progress reports on project timelines, quality, and costs.
  • Provide guidance and act in accordance with the Party Wall Etc Act as an appointed surveyor.
  • Advise on CDM Regulations and fulfil duties as a Principal Designer.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be Chartered
  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience
  • Understanding of JCT Contracts and Contract Administration duties.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
