We are seeking a highly motivated Chartered Building Surveyor to join our client's prestigious property firm in Gloucester. As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will provide a wide range of services to clients in the commercial property sector, working on diverse projects within a supportive team. Your role will involve applying your expertise in building surveying, contract administration, dilapidations, condition surveys, and party wall matters to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct building surveys and advise on property conditions and defects.
2. Manage contracts and oversee repair and maintenance projects.
3. Provide dilapidations advice to landlords and tenants.
4. Handle party wall matters, ensuring all parties are satisfied.
5. Offer fire safety advice and conduct fire risk assessments.
6. Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
7. Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Chartered status with RICS or an equivalent professional body.
2. At least 3 years of experience in building surveying.
