We are seeking a highly motivated Chartered Building Surveyor to join our client's prestigious property firm in Gloucester. This dynamic company offers nationwide coverage and a broad range of commercial property services.

As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will provide a variety of surveying services to clients in the commercial sector, working on diverse projects within a supportive team. Your expertise in contract administration, dilapidations, condition surveys, and party wall matters will ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct building surveys and advise on property condition and defects
  • Manage contracts and projects for repair and maintenance works
  • Provide dilapidations advice to landlords and tenants
  • Handle party wall matters, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Offer fire safety advice and conduct fire risk assessments
  • Mentor junior team members and support their professional development
  • Build and maintain client and professional relationships

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Chartered status with RICS or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of building surveying experience
  • Strong knowledge of building construction and regulations
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
