This opportunity is suitable for:
A Chartered Building Surveyor eager to work with one of the country's leading commercial property consultancies, or a Surveyor with at least three years of experience or close to completing their APC, seeking to work with a top commercial property consultancy that can support their path to chartered status.
The day-to-day responsibilities:
At the Surveyor level, the focus is on developing your skills by handling more complex matters alongside our Associate Directors and Directors, managing your own projects, and gaining early client exposure to start building client relationships.
At the Senior Surveyor level, the goal is to further hone your skills with mentorship from our senior staff. You should already be client-facing and managing complex matters, with opportunities to progress towards an Associate Director role by gaining experience in specialist areas and developing business development skills to attract and manage your own clients.
