About the Opportunity

You will join a dynamic team delivering a broad spectrum of professional and project-led Building Surveying services across diverse sectors, including commercial, retail, industrial, and education. Key Responsibilities
  • Undertaking a full range of Building Surveying duties, including dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, TDD, schedules of condition, and project management.
  • Working closely with clients, including institutional investors, occupiers, and landlords.
  • Managing and delivering projects of varying sizes and complexities.
  • Providing high-quality professional advice and reports to clients.
  • Supporting junior team members.
