Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to work with one of our private consultancy clients in London.

What the job will be doing
  1. Assist in establishing a client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies
  2. Undertaking a variety of surveys and inspections
  3. Preparing and producing specifications for works, tender and contract documents
  4. Coordinating members of the design team and project stakeholders
  5. Acting as Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator
  6. Site visits, assessments and projections for future work
  7. Writing reports and preparing documents (plans, contracts, budgets etc.)
  8. Analyse site activities; prepare progress reports on time, quality and cost of projects
  9. Advising on and acting in accordance with the Party Wall Etc Act, as an appointed surveyor
  10. Advising on and acting in accordance with CDM Regulations and in the capacity of Principal Designer
