Job summary

Conrad Consulting is seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) to join its expanding team in the South East. The role involves carrying out surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations and pre-acquisition inspections across residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.

You will advise on building regulations, prepare schedules, and develop client relationships while supporting business growth. Hybrid working may be available; willingness to travel across the South East is required.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified in Building Surveying.
• Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent RICS-accredited qualification.
• Minimum three years' post-qualification consultancy experience.
• Strong experience in building surveys, defect diagnosis and dilapidations.
• Good knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM 2015.
• Excellent communication, report-writing and client management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South East.
