This partner led; independent Property Group are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor.
The firm operate in various areas of property including Surveying, Property/Asset Management, Town Planning, Rural and Agricultural Consulting and Residential Estate Agency.
Working in both commercial and residential sectors, a successful candidate can expect to work on a range of building styles, undertaking a range of acquisition surveys, defect inspections, dilapidations and project work.

What you will be doing
  • Undertake both residential and commercial property acquisition surveys
  • Prepare schedules of dilapidations
  • Prepare schedules of condition
  • Be able to schedule works, tender and manage projects
  • Be adaptable and able to take on new service streams to meet client demand
  • Be comfortable working with a range of building types from different periods, including listed buildings

What you will have
  • Have a degree in Building Surveying
  • MRICS qualified
  • Have experience in both residential and commercial building surveying
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
