Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on major refurbishment projects, TDD and dilapidations instructions
  • Deliver forward-thinking advice to landlords, tenants, investors, and occupiers
  • Drive PPMs, defect analysis, and commercial building surveys with precision
  • Collaborate with expert teams across multiple disciplines
  • Take ownership of client relationships and play a pivotal role in expanding the practice
Requirements
  • MRICS qualified, ideally with 1-2 years' PQE
  • Proven experience as a lead consultant/CA/employer's agent
  • Exceptional communicator who builds trust and long-term relationships
  • Solid technical grounding across dilapidations, TDD, and PPMs
  • Commercially sharp, detail-driven, and confident working independently
  • Flexible to travel across the UK (full UK driving licence required)
