Job Description
- Conduct property inspections to assess repair and maintenance needs.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for remedial works.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during project execution.
- Manage contractors and monitor the quality of completed work.
- Provide technical advice to stakeholders and team members.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Support budget management by providing cost estimates for works.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Repairs Surveyor should have:
- Relevant qualifications in construction, surveying, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property inspections and maintenance planning.
- Knowledge of building regulations and health and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively with contractors and stakeholders.
