The Role

Work across commercial, industrial, retail, and prime residential projects up to £150M.

You will ideally have strong experience in:

1. Technical Due Diligence (TDD)
2. Project Monitoring
3. Building client relationships and ensuring quality delivery

Skills & Experience Required

1. Chartered MRICS (or nearly qualified)
2. Experience in TDD or project monitoring
3. Strong communication and a commercial mindset
