Vacancy: RICS BUILDING & REGISTERED VALUATION SURVEYOR – Property Professional

Location: South West / Great London (KT, SM, TW, GU Postcode areas)

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced RICS Building & Valuation Surveyor to join a professional expanding Property Services company.

You must be able to work independently and autonomously as well as being able to work as part of a busy and successful team.

You will be required to undertake Commercial and Residential Level 2 and Level 3 Property Surveys for private clients, plus other professional work including Landlord & Tenant Act procedures. Experience of working in a similar position is essential.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Valuer to cover the eventuality of a professional valuation being required, and RICS qualified with post qualification experience.

• RICS / Registered valuer
• Valuation experience in the London market beneficial
• Highly motivated individual
• Proven ability to drive projects to a successful and timely conclusion
• Strong organisational skills to set priorities and respond to customer requests
• Multi-tasking abilities and initiative to proactively deal with a wide range of queries
• In-depth knowledge of best valuation practices
• Attention to detail/disciplined individual
• A good team player with strong analytical skills
