Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor looking to advance your career?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy team based in Exeter. You will work alongside experienced Building Consultancy Surveyors on a varied workload.

The successful candidate will be part of a team covering diverse projects, with opportunities to undertake building surveying, project management, monitoring third-party development works, and surveys of commercial buildings and dilapidation works.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expertise and advice to clients on all aspects of Building Consultancy.
2. Prepare specifications for repair and refurbishment, coordinate, and manage on-site works.
3. Offer Project Management and Monitoring services to clients.
4. Prepare and negotiate Schedules of Dilapidations.
5. Maintain and develop existing client relationships.
6. Leverage your network for business development and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• MRICS or MCIOB qualification.
• Full driving licence.
• Experience in a similar role in the public or private sector.
• Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, NBS, and others).
