Small private practice near Exeter

Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a RICS Building Surveyor (Home Surveys). You will be responsible for conducting RICS Home Building Surveys and writing reports. This will utilise a hand held device and an online report writing app.

You will need your own car and be able to drive to survey locations, and work from home when writing the reports.

Location

Surveys are generally in Devon but this is growing. We currently cover areas up the M5 towards Taunton and down the A30 to Launceston and to areas north and south of these trunk roads.

Qualifications & Skills

• Membership of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
• Building Surveying 5 years min
• Skills in Building Surveying and conducting Condition Surveys
• RICS Home Surveys
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Use of Hand held devices/inspection apps
