We are currently seeking an experienced Chartered Architectural Technologist (CIAT) to join our team based in Barnstaple, North Devon. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a dynamic practice working on a diverse range of residential, commercial, and community-based projects across the South West.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on all stages of the design process from planning to construction.
  • Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with current building regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in an architectural technologist role.
