Overview
The Gallagher Charity and Healthcare Division is a successful specialist unit based in Birmingham and London, serving a national and international client base. It operates several delegated authority facilities, the largest being our charity scheme. This complex product is exclusive to Gallagher, managed by a dedicated team of underwriters, and tailored to meet the needs of voluntary sector organizations of all sizes.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for the development and management of the facility, maintaining relationships with our insurer partner, driving growth, and ensuring the facility meets its KPIs across financial, operational, and risk metrics. The role involves setting strategy, overseeing operations and compliance, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, including our insurer and senior management within Gallagher.
