Job Responsibility:

We are recruiting a Charity Shop Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to raise money for the staff and patients of your local hospital and raise the profile of the charity through working in our local communities. The role includes supervision of volunteer staff, stock management, shop administration, and overseeing health and safety in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of the shop and voluntary staff
• Control of stock items from donation to shop floor
• Build good working relationships amongst staff and volunteers
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment
• Promote and communicate the work of the charity, fundraising events, and campaigns
• Maintain weekly income sheets and monthly sales logs

The role is 80% in the sort room and shop floor and 20% administration. We offer a good working environment with flexible working opportunities, career development, and access to training.
