Job Description:

Working with the Assistant Manager, you will recruit, train and support our incredibly loyal volunteers to ensure our shop runs smoothly and efficiently. As this is a new shop, being able to promote and showcase what we do is essential to getting our store on the map and increasing the number of volunteers and donations.

You will oversee day-to-day activities, support visual merchandising, and plan strategies to increase stock quality and quantity, enabling business growth.

As a Shop Manager, leverage your retail management experience to make this store thrive in its community. Understanding the local area and having strong connections and ideas for engaging customers will be key.

Our shops are open Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 17:00. Your work pattern may vary weekly, including weekends, lone working, and cross-cover at other shops as needed.
