Salary: £10,190.04 – £10,706.22 per annum, depending on experience. (Based on full-time salary of £25,475.10 – £26,765.55) and inclusive of 5% High-Cost Area Allowance.
Hours: Part-time, 15 hours per week (2 days within a 7-day trading week).
St Clare Hospice is a charity providing specialist palliative care to patients and families in West Essex and the East Hertfordshire borders.
We are opening a new shop in Ongar, our 11th high street shop, located conveniently near parking and donation drop-off points. We are recruiting an assistant manager to lead and manage the team, maximize donations, and meet weekly income targets. The shop will operate 7 days a week, selling clothes and bric-a-brac.
We seek a creative retailer to work with staff and volunteers, delivering exceptional customer service to supporters, donors, and customers. The role requires diligent compliance with health and safety regulations and retail gift aid processing to maximize income.
