Ideally, you’ll have experience working with underrepresented or faith-based communities, and be confident representing the organisation at public events, forums, and in partnership settings. A passion for community-led change and social justice is essential.

Key Requirements Demonstrated experience in charity operations or organisational management

Sound understanding of governance, charity legislation, GDPR, and risk management

Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and culture

Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Knowledge of community-based initiatives and underrepresented groups in the UK

Familiarity with grant making, fundraising, and reporting requirements

Ability to manage remote working environments and foster collaboration
