Job summary

Top Draw Promotions is seeking a dynamic Fundraiser Sales Team Leader in the Greater Manchester or Yorkshire region with immediate start opportunities. The role focuses on recruiting, training and guiding fundraising teams to achieve strong results while delivering canvassing campaigns for local charities.

You may be stepping up from a fundraising role or aiming to progress to Regional Sales Coordinator, with progression based on personal achievement and ability.

Qualifications

• Previous door to door or Direct Fundraising experience required
• Have a track record in leading and motivating teams
• Have a Passion for charities and good causes
• Take ownership for your area
• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to validate updated sales scripts
• Assist in the recruitment of new marketing executives
• Good numerate and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop fundraising teams to become industry leaders
• Motivate and manage teams to achieve sales targets
• Manage a fundraising area across Greater Manchester or Yorkshire
• Deliver effective canvassing and sales scripts in field operations
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new marketing executives
