Overview

Work for the Canal and River Trust in a full-time or part-time Charity Fundraiser role and help provide more accessible green and blue spaces for everyone. We are looking for passionate, dynamic and driven individuals who are passionate about nature conservation to represent the Canal and River Trust – one of the UK’s biggest charities.

Hours guaranteed – not a zero-hour contract. Wednesday to Sunday, 6 hours per day. Work between 3 to 5 days per week (weekends required).

Salary: £14.15 - £16.63 per hour – NOT a commission-based role. Immediate Start. Fully paid training. No experience required.

Due to the nature of the role and the locations you will be working in, you will need to be a driver with full access to your own vehicle. Mileage paid at £0.45/mile.

Responsibilities
  • Charity Fundraising: You will head out with your team each day to different locations along canal and towpaths in your local area.
  • Engage in conversations with members of the public who are out and about, inspiring them to support the Trust through an ongoing donation.
