LPS is a well-established nationwide fundraising company with a multitude of charity partners, including local hospices and national charities. We are looking for the right person to join our dedicated team of door-to-door and private site fundraisers.

We raised over £2 million for hospice partners in 2024 alone!

Our fundraisers come from diverse backgrounds, from gardeners to company CEOs. Many seek flexible roles that are rewarding and make them feel good every day.

All our fundraisers are knowledgeable, dependable, hardworking, and passionate about our charities, whether working door-to-door, in-store venues, events, or shows.

Role: Door to Door and Private Site

Hours: Full Time and Part Time

We are looking for:
  • Professional charity fundraisers to join our dedicated teams.
  • You will work on the charity's frontline in your local community, raising awareness and gaining supporters for our charity's weekly lotteries.
  • The supporters' donations have a significant impact on the charities, coupled with a chance to win amazing prizes!
  • This role suits confident individuals who love speaking to people, making a difference, and seeking a rewarding role outside an office environment.
  • If you have experience in roles such as field sales, door-to-door sales, venue sales, events, exhibitions, party planning, or face-to-face sales (utilities, broadband, outside sales), this could be the perfect role for you.
You will need:
  • At least 5 years of general work experience; 12 months in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Driving license and own transport are preferred, as travel within your area is required. Having a vehicle makes the role easier.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resilience, self-motivation, dependability, reliability, caring nature, and a positive attitude.

  • If unanswered, a voicemail will be left.
  • Initial screening call, then an online Zoom interview with the Sales Manager.
  • Outcome communicated within 48 hours; successful candidates proceed to onboarding.
Training provided:

Comprehensive training includes classroom, online, and field sessions. Weekly Zoom training covers compliance, regulations, and skills. Field training involves shadowing and working with your team leader, learning different fundraising styles and rapport-building techniques. Our community of fundraisers is always available for support and advice.

Vacancies are available for Door-to-Door, Venue, Shows, and Events Fundraisers, as well as Field Sales Team Leaders. Experience in face-to-face sales or related roles is preferred but not always essential.
