Job summary

Charity Link is seeking a Field Sales Executive/Charity Fundraiser to represent major charities at high-footfall venues, shops and events. You will engage the public and inspire monthly donations or sponsorships to fund life-changing work.

With a guaranteed base salary of £26,400 and uncapped bonuses, you can achieve realistic OTE of £45,000–£55,000+. Weekly pay, paid training and a clear path into senior fundraising and sales leadership await ambitious go-getters.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales, face-to-face sales or charity fundraising.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences in busy venues.
• Motivated by targets and earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with the public at venues, centres and events to recruit regular donors.
• Inspire supporters to sign up for monthly donations or sponsorships.
• Build relationships and represent partner charities with professionalism.
