My client is a leading Legal 500 full-service firm. They are seeking a junior lawyer to join its market-leading Charities team.
Sitting within the wider Corporate and Commercial department, this top-tier practice is the go-to choice for a variety of clients in the charity sector across the Southeast. You will manage diverse cases, advise on charity formation, mergers, collaborations and joint ventures, whilst also playing a key role in supporting business development. Ideally, you will be entrepreneurial, have some experience in charity law, or just strong business services law experience with a real interest in this unique sector. In return, you will benefit from learning alongside some of the finest lawyers in the market, with a highly collegiate and ambitious team and the chance to build your reputation in this specialist area.
