About the Role
This dynamic and growing team supports a wide array of national clients across the charity, education, and sports sectors, providing both day-to-day legal advice and working on complex projects such as mergers, restructures, collaborations, and more.

You’ll work on a wide variety of legal issues relating to charitable and not-for-profit organisations. The ideal candidate will already be confident advising on:

– Charity law, including regulatory and constitutional matters

– Governance structures and trustee responsibilities

– Commercial and trading agreements

– Fundraising compliance and contractual arrangements

– Mergers, restructuring, and collaborations

– Experience in either the education or sports sectors would be advantageous, though not essential.

Who We’re Looking For
– 5+ years PQE with a strong technical background in charity law

– A confident, proactive communicator who thrives on client service excellence

– An effective team player with a collaborative mindset

– Someone commercially astute, with the ability to deliver practical, actionable advice

– An individual who enjoys being part of a business development-focused and community-driven team
