  • Oversee the Trust’s operations, ensuring efficient management of all programmes and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with the Trust’s mission and objectives.
  • Manage fundraising campaigns, donor relations, and grant applications to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Maintain compliance with all charity regulations, reporting, and governance standards.
  • Coordinate volunteer activities and community outreach programmes.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and funding proposals.
  • Work closely with trustees, partners, and beneficiaries to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Promote the Trust’s work through effective communication, marketing, and public relations.
