What you’ll do:
The ideal candidate will be assisting the Chargeback team in completing daily and weekly chargeback reports for our US-based customer, live in 46 states. This involves using our third-party software, Objectra, to count brand mentions per order and track these within excel reports. Additionally, you will assist the team by helping to create each state's weekly/monthly invoice(s) via Xero accounting software and sending this out to the customer. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at handling administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy. We’re looking for someone who is highly data-oriented, resilient and has great communication skills.
While finance experience is not required, it’s a bonus if you have invoicing experience or an interest in finance.
