Charge Point Operations Advisor
12 month FTC
Ipswich/hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
£23,000 - £25,000

About the role:

As part of the Energy Services Team, theCharle Point Operations Advisor will;
- Monitorand maintain customers’ EV charging station network, includingidentifying, managing and resolving faults, and offboarding chargestations2
- Organiseengineer visits to any faults that cannot be resolved remotely whilstkeeping the customer informed of progress
- Managea variety of different contracts with a clear understanding of thedifferences and how to process each account effectively
- Respondto customer queries within 24 hours of receipt and manage customerrequirements and expectations with all queries being resolved in a timelyand professional manner
- Establisheffective working partnerships with other departments and colleagues tomaximise operational performance; challenging the status-quo whennecessary

Who we’re looking for:

To be successful in this role you’llideally have…
- Previousexperience working in a customer orientated environment
- Knowledgeof the Electricity and/or electric vehicle charging industry and theregulatory requirements
- Theability to take ownership and challenge where appropriate with a ‘onetouch’ pro-active approach working to exceed customer expectations
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills with a calm and confidenttelephone manner
