Job summary

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic Sister/Charge Nurse to join the Brooke Ward management team. You will work closely with a multi-professional team to ensure evidence-based quality care is delivered with compassion to every patient as you prepare patients for discharge or ongoing therapy.

Brooke Ward is an 18-bed Trauma and Orthopaedics/Orthogeriatric step-down ward that collaborates with therapy, discharge, and community teams to enable timely discharge.
