Job summary
Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead the nursing team at Cotswold Spa Hospital, a CAMHS-focused facility for young people aged 13-17 and young adults up to 25. Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with RMN or RNLD registration (NMC).
- Experience in CAMHS or adolescent care is preferred.
- Proven leadership and ability to manage a busy nursing unit.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and provide high-quality care to young people with complex Mental Health needs.
- Lead and coordinate nursing care and clinical services on the unit.
- Delegate tasks, monitor conditions, and manage staffing and resources.
- Communicate effectively with the wider healthcare team to ensure smooth operation.
- Support and supervise team members to maintain high standards of care.
