Role Overview
The Charge Nurse is responsible for leading a team of nurses and support staff to deliver a high standard of individualised patient-focused care, and coordinating clinical, administrative and operational activities. The Charge Nurse will be integral for promoting a “Community First, Company Second” culture, leading the way and creating a great place to work for teammates.
