Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and provide high-quality care and support in a Learning Disability & Autism setting.
  • Support your team and promote good teamwork.
  • Lead and coordinate nursing care and clinical services, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Delegate nursing tasks and coordinate with other teams.
  • Monitor service users’ conditions and respond to changes.
  • Supervise team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Make critical decisions regarding service user assignments, staff scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Act as liaison between nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Candidate Requirements
  • Relevant nursing qualification.
  • NMC registration.
  • A positive attitude, naturally caring and compassionate.
  • Commitment to high-quality care, values, and evidence-based practice.
  • Relevant experience in a similar environment.
  • Proven leadership skills.
Location

Tottle Brook House, Calverton Drive, Strelley, Nottingham, NG8 6Q. The facility includes five bespoke, single-person apartments within a registered care setting with 24-hour nursing support, supporting people with complex needs related to Learning Disabilities & Autism.
