With experience from the NHS or private care, you will support the team in providing high-quality care and support to people within this complex care setting, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork. As a Charge Nurse, you’ll lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care and delivering of clinical services, ensuring the day-to-day operations of your unit is performing well. You'll also supervise and coordinate with other teams.
