Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a skilled professional to manage data‑driven assessments and revenue cycle initiatives across hospital and physician groups. This role emphasizes collaboration with clinical and non‑clinical teams to optimize chargemaster accuracy and coding processes.

You will influence audits, process improvements and education for CDM staff, while partnering with departments to ensure compliant, efficient revenue operations. A strong healthcare background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience accepted.
• Six years of experience in the healthcare industry required.
• Charge Master, EAP and coding experience highly preferred.
• Experience in physician and hospital operations, compliance and provider relations.
• CRCR certification within 9 months of hire recommended.

Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes and delivers data-driven results to support client assessments and performance goals.
• Performs routine audits and conveys key decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provides training and guidance to CDM Analysts on processes, maintenance, and chargemaster updates.
• Manages communication of charging and coding changes to clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Leads multidisciplinary teams for revenue enhancement and compliance initiatives.
• Contributes to quarterly and yearly chargemaster reviews and system validations.
