HireHi is seeking a dedicated Art Coordinator to support external development partners in Nottingham. You will provide clear feedback from concept to production, ensuring assets meet the studio’s quality benchmarks and align with the overall vision.

You will collaborate with internal art and engineering teams, manage asset packs, and help maintain robust pipelines. This fixed-term role includes relocation support and benefits, with a March 2028 end date.

Qualificações

• Strong ability to explain complex tasks and technical issues to external partners.
• Experience working from concept art and reference materials.
• Excellent organisational skills and adherence to asset pipelines.
• Understanding of art development workflows, lighting, and PBR.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clear technical and aesthetic feedback to external artists, maintaining a consistent quality bar for the game.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align external content with the project vision.
• Coordinate with internal artists and production teams to support collaboration with external partners.
• Prepare and maintain art briefs, asset packs, and documentation for external development teams.
• Contribute to art style guides, development pipelines, and best practices with art and engineering teams.
• Participate in art reviews and communicate actionable feedback to external teams.
• Partner with concept artists and art direction to ensure reference materials are production-ready.
• Apply established visual benchmarks to help external partners meet quality expectations.
• Create and iterate on high-quality character models, materials, clothing, hair, and accessories.
