The role:

Reporting to the Associate Director of Oribe EMEA the key function of this role is to design and implement band and commercial trade partner (Salon/Retail/E-commerce) plans to optimize success in all partners within the region. You will be accountable for designing, delivering and driving the implementation of the commercial sections with initiative toolboxes and excellence in execution with the local markets.

Collaborating with the Oribe global teams and local markets, both Direct and Indirect, you will identify opportunities to deliver base business growth and design and deliver programs that enable them to be optimized. This role will be responsible for the harmonizing of trade terms, Implementation and management of our SDA strategy and exploring new distribution opportunities within local markets. This role, in conjunction with respective cluster leads, will lead top to top market meetings across EMEA with Key strategic partners as well as coach and develop local markets to execute operational excellence with the Omni-channel arena and continuously elevate the consumer's experience through all touchpoints

Key Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with local countries across EMEA, lead the Luxury Omni-channel expansion and operational work across the region. Leverage incremental business via highly effective digital marketing and instore activities while strengthening the brand’s presence across the channels. You will be responsible for tracking the evolution and impact of the business. As well as providing the recommendations/iterations when needed.
  • In collaboration with local countries across EMEA, lead the execution of the growth strategies within the marketplace. You will own the development strategy, while guiding, enabling and developing the day-to-day operations with the local countries' teams (Cluster leads & field). You will monitor the effectiveness of the growth strategies according to the KPIs, as well as provide the recommendations/iterations when needed.
  • Plan and lead the execution of the Oribe EMEA Salo/Retail/Ecommerce strategies to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach in collaboration with local countries, global marketing, and regional D2C teams. You will also be responsible for leading top-to-top market meetings with all EMEA trade partners.
  • Lead, educate and develop local market Cluster Leads to deliver customer excellence and experience “in-store” as well as own the engagement plans meeting rhythms across EMEA
  • Conduct top-to-top market meetings with strategic partners and coach local market Cluster Leads to enhance customer excellence and engagement across EMEA.

What You'll Need:

  • Master's degree in business or relevant startup experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the luxury retail/e-commerce environment, preferably in the beauty sector.
  • Proven experience working with luxury retailers, with an advantage for those with regional team exposure in European markets.
  • Experience working within a regional team or with different European countries an advantage
  • Strong influencing skills to guide local account managers in executing plans and robustly tracking results.
  • Excellent collaboration abilities to work across Global, Regional, and Local Market teams, coordinating efforts to deliver on priorities.
  • Strategic thinking skills to analyze opportunities and develop holistic plans for improved performance.
  • Strong communication skills to clearly articulate priorities and progress tied to business results across geographies.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of BI systems and proficiency in Excel
