Responsibilities

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking aChannel Account Manager to join our growing team in the UK on a fully remote basis.

At Hexagon ALI, our software solutions deliver insights across the asset lifecycle — helping our customers design, construct, and operate safer, smarter, and more sustainable industrial facilities. Our clients span Energy and Utilities, Pharmaceuticals, Transportation, and other asset-intensive sectors.

As a Channel Account Manager, you will work closely with Hexagon’s partners to develop and grow market opportunities. You will lead business development activity and partner engagement, helping partners define their value proposition, pursue net-new business, and co-sell Hexagon’s EAM and APM solutions across the UK and broader EMIA region.

This is a consultative and commercially focused role requiring strong prospecting skills, an understanding of enterprise software sales, and the ability to manage and grow channel relationships.

This role is field-based, with regular travel to partners and customer sites expected.

  • Build and manage strong commercial relationships with channel partners.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, partner collaboration, and networking.
  • Engage with partner leadership to develop joint business plans and revenue goals.
  • Support partners in developing go-to-market strategies based on their industry focus and IP.
  • Guide partners through complex sales cycles, working with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to build winning propositions.
  • Promote and co-sell Hexagon’s EAM and APM solutions to end customers across assigned industries.
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders and contribute to financial and commercial discussions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and CRM hygiene.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets in line with agreed KPIs.
Education / Qualifications
  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales, ideally in Asset Management, APM, or industrial digital solutions.
  • Strong business development and outbound prospecting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with channel sales models and the dynamics of partner-led growth.
  • The ability to collaborate across virtual teams including Pre-Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Customer Success.
  • Commercial understanding of customer budgeting, procurement, and investment cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • An academic or professional background in engineering, asset management, or industrial operations is desirable.
  • Industry experience in one or more of the following sectors will be beneficial: Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences, Transportation, Utilities, or Energy.
