Role and Responsibilities

We seek experienced candidates to lead our Transportation team. Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding business issues and challenges in Transportation operations; identifying strengths and weaknesses; suggesting improvements
  • Mapping business requirements, analyzing workflows, designing solutions, and preparing functional specifications
  • Developing performance metrics, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to improve Customer Experience
  • Applying industry best practices to solve business problems
  • Designing and implementing enterprise-wide programs for performance and cycle time improvements

Additional responsibilities:

  • Developing standard operating procedures
  • Setting and meeting operational goals, strategic planning, and forecasting
  • Leading teams of analysts, program managers, or area managers
  • Driving process improvements
Desired Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years of employee and performance management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • 1+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques
