Role and Responsibilities:

We seek experienced candidates to lead our Transportation team. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Understanding business issues and challenges in transportation operations; identifying strengths and weaknesses, and suggesting improvements.
  • Mapping business requirements, analyzing workflows, designing solutions, and preparing functional specifications.
  • Developing and reporting performance metrics, providing executive updates, forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience.
  • Gaining extensive industry knowledge and applying best practices to solve business problems.
  • Designing, developing, piloting, and rolling out enterprise-wide programs focused on performance improvement, cycle time reduction for returns, delivery experience enhancement, financial auditing, and exploring alternative delivery services.

Additional responsibilities may include developing standard operating procedures, setting and meeting operational goals, strategic planning, forecasting, leading teams of analysts, program managers, or area managers, and spearheading process improvements.
