As a Channel Partner Manager, you are a key member of the Alliances team in strengthening JAGGAER’s partner business through coordinating key complex and high-value deals.

In this role, you will work closely with our Pre-Sales, Sales, Bid Management, Professional Services, Services Sales/Engagement, Product, and other internal teams. This is a key strategic role to pull together all JAGGAER’s internal teams to work closely with the Partner and Customer to decrease the response time for support, coordinate action and project plans, and remove friction and delays from the sales cycle. Success in the role will be measured based on partner-involved win rate and deal closure on planned timelines. This role will report into the regional Alliance VPs.

Primary job responsibilities:
  • Aligning both Partners & JAGGAER internal teams via Project management role.
  • Driving all partner-involved deals alongside the JAGGAER Account Executive (as assigned based on a pre-agreed criterion via the JAGGAER decision process).
  • Estimating approximately 20-30 live deals per year.
  • Connecting all JAGGAER Departments, prioritizing output for partners.
  • Collating customer/partner feedback for JAGGAER.
  • Active participation in all forecast/regional calls.
  • Following & supporting Opportunity Plan between Partners and Sales.
  • Measuring all deal/team success & outcomes.
  • Developing bespoke content, templates, and collateral to support bids with our top partners.
Required skills:
  • Extensive experience in SAAS delivery, services sales, and stakeholder management.
  • Project Management or Consultancy experience.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills. Organized and able to work well with constant priority changes.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter able to take ownership of new initiatives; ability to see through to closure or proposed solution.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Relationship and senior stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the various JAGGAER platforms and solutions (is a plus).
  • Background or experience in Professional Services and an understanding of implementation and/or partner services.
  • Experience working with partner organizations.
  • Up to 30% travel may be required.
