A community-focused organization is seeking a Channel Optimisation and Communications Manager, responsible for leading multi-channel communications and ensuring targeted content delivery. We’re seeking a skilled Channel Optimisation and Communications Manager to lead the daily operations of our multi-channel communications and content strategy.
In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee planning, governance, and optimisation across key channels to ensure targeted content delivery with measurable outcomes. Aligned with the Director’s strategic vision, you will convert high-level objectives into actionable plans, manage digital and creative functions, uphold brand integrity and accessibility standards, and foster continuous improvement through data-driven insights and analytics.
In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range of £38,000 to £45,000 p.a. (dependent on experience) with these great benefits:
Location: Remote working with some travel across UK & Ireland when required
Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
