The Role

We are seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to drive growth through powerful partner marketing. This role leads go-to-market strategies, builds compelling campaigns with channel partners, maximizes MDF impact, and delivers standout partner experiences - all to boost brand reach and pipeline results.

You will report into Catalin, our Chief Marketing Officer with a close collaboration and dotted line into Sarah, our Global Head of Channel. The role entails frequent business travel and will be based out of our London office with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement go-to-market strategies and marketing programs with channel partners
  • Develop high-impact content, messaging and positioning in conjunction with our product marketing team, to support the go-to-market efforts
  • Working alongside our in-region Channel Account Managers, develop partner-specific marketing plans and campaigns to support the revenue and pipeline goals
  • Maintain and drive the marketing relationship with our partner community for increasing brand awareness and end-user engagement
  • Support the MDF program with our key partners, ensuring effective budget management
  • Manage the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform by ensuring partner content is up to date and support CAMs in driving platform adoption among partners
  • Track and analyse MDF investment activities to determine ROI, and identify areas for improvement and strategies for growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver major events such as our partner summit and partner advisory boards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Channel Marketing experience with high-technology companies, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
  • Experience in start-ups and/or scale-ups is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner community
  • Expert at project management, including the ability to simultaneously manage multiple events and partner engagements
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with a diverse audience of internal and external stakeholders
  • A healthy customer obsession, analytical mindset, agility and result-orientation
  • Positive attitude and can-do mentality
  • Deep understanding of market trends and channel dynamics
  • Second European language is an advantage, but not essential
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
