Channel Marketing Lead - EMEA (ex Italy & DACH), London
Responsibilities
- Engage with Intermediary Client Coverage leadership; lead the development and execution of the intermediary marketing strategy in EMEALA, coordinating with marketing colleagues across the region.
- Establish a marketing coverage model that allows for a fully integrated, globally aligned marketing plan with regional implementation for the intermediary channel.
- Engage with global Brand, Content, and Product Marketing teams to develop and align thought leadership, events, advertising, digital promotion, and communication strategies focusing on both existing and new product capabilities.
- Develop a regional events strategy including educational/research programs alongside proprietary and third-party event partners.
- Create messaging, positioning, and channel-specific marketing materials in collaboration with local marketing partners for global program implementation.
- Build strategic initiative plans for senior management approval, including goals, tactics, budgets, and ROI measurement.
- Organize, plan, and lead channel campaigns, including project meetings, tracking, and analysis.
- Partner with global channel marketing to activate intermediary campaigns regionally.
- Identify project risks, develop contingency plans, and manage risks appropriately.
Campaign Development, Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns targeting intermediary audiences.
- Collaborate with local Client Coverage teams to align campaigns with growth objectives.
- Oversee translation processes to ensure content accuracy in target languages.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for engagement.
Lead Generation and Digital Engagement
- Work with analytics teams to create lead reports aligned with strategic priorities.
- Develop client segmentation and a 'client journey' roadmap for digital channels.
- Expand digital outreach into all markets globally.
- Review and report on post-campaign metrics.
Market Intelligence
- Review peer groups to define market requirements and identify growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry developments and investor behavior issues.
- Respond with creative campaigns based on market intelligence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in investment management.
- Extensive European intermediary market experience with a global outlook.
- Proven track record in strategic marketing planning and execution.
- Ability to manage complex projects across various media and channels.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional presence and client service skills.
- Knowledge of financial services marketing regulations.
Technical Skills
